Our team is seeking an experienced, creative, and ambitious full-time Graphic Designer to join
the group! The ideal team member would be a creative, independent, and solution-oriented
the individual with experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously, compelling examples of
previous work creating digital/social media graphics, digital brochures, and e-magazines, and
experience working within the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign) and

Responsibilities Include:
- Design digital and print materials including social media marketing creative, web pages, brochures, marketing materials, and signage, digital magazine-style layouts, PowerPoint presentations, banner ads, website graphics, and other assigned projects as the needs arise.
- Create design work utilizing WordPress and the Adobe Creative Suite – including InDesign and Photoshop.
- Meet with internal teams and external clients as needed to gain a strong understanding of what is needed for each project. Create or incorporate visuals to reflect the desired theme and tone for these assignments.
- Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Review all final productions for errors and ensure that the end product reflects the requested specifications.
- Lead projects under the supervision of the General Manager.
- Promote our creative culture through educating, inspiring, and developing the group’s skills and determination to execute great interactive work.
- Hands-on experience in designing Digital Campaigns (digital ads, EDMs, animated display, and social media posts
- Strong illustrative skills, or moving images, to include in video or animation
- Passion for, and experience in, driving a mobile-first approach in design.
- Conceptualize, create, edit and design relevant and engaging content to use across our social media and digital channels.
- Storyboarding and creating content using existing video content library for marketing activities across social and digital platforms
- Produce online videos ranging from short form for social media to long-form series for both editorial and commercial needs
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
- Extensive experience within B2B digital, web, digital magazine-style layouts, and print design is a must.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within the B2B tech & media space.
- Experience working within WordPress and InDesign is ideal (work examples requested).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and set and meet deadlines.
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio to match (emphasis on page layout and typography).
- Excellent graphics production skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Outstanding ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/CMS/WordPress or Front end web development experience is a plus
