The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Data Mining & Research Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing critical data initiatives—conducting in-depth research on ISMG’s subscriber base and ensuring our data remains accurate, actionable, and up to date. Your work will directly fuel ISMG’s ability to serve global business leaders with precision and impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute research projects across standardized and customized data sets, supporting ISMG’s customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain large-scale data sets with accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver progress updates, proactively identify challenges, and drive solutions.

• 1+ year of professional experience in Market Research or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new data and marketing platforms.
• Experience with data manipulation and quantitative research preferred (or a demonstrated eagerness to learn).
• Exposure to hierarchical databases and data software packages preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a significant plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
• Excellent time management and project management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related discipline preferred.
