The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team of innovators, dedicated to raising the bar on user experiences across our digital products and platforms. In this role, you won’t just be running test cases—you’ll be a critical partner in our development lifecycle, ensuring quality is embedded from start to finish.

As QA Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure we deliver reliable, secure, and seamless solutions that our global audiences depend on. You’ll work on diverse projects leading functional, regression, performance, and security testing while expanding our automation coverage to accelerate development cycles.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage testing across diverse, concurrent web-based projects to support rapid and high-quality releases.
• Develop and execute both manual and automated tests for web applications (no mobile scope).
• Build and maintain UI test automation frameworks, with emphasis on Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
• Script automated test cases using Python (preferred) or other programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
• Partner with developers to test:
  1. New feature implementations before release.
  2. User-reported issues or change requests, reproducing, troubleshooting, and verifying fixes.
  3. Recurring compliance checks (e.g., unsubscribe workflows), leveraging automation for repeatable validation.
• Ensure clear and structured documentation of test cases, processes, and outcomes.
• Collaborate across Product, Development, and Operations teams to integrate QA seamlessly within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Log and track issues using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background, with solid understanding of development concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 5–7+ years of professional QA experience in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Proven expertise in automation testing frameworks (Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable).
• Hands-on programming/scripting skills in Python or strong ability to quickly learn it (JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/C# also acceptable).
• Demonstrated experience integrating QA automation into the SDLC.
• Strong ability to produce clear, concise, and structured process documentation in English.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with performance testing and load-testing practices.
