The Opportunity
Xtra-Mile is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join its growing team in Mumbai!

Responsibilities
  • Strategizing, orchestrating, & facilitating execution on a variety of complex marketing programs & digital advertising campaigns for assigned clients
  • Managing & executing large-scale multi-channel campaigns involving industry research, account structure, ad-copy optimization, performance analyses, landing page optimization, bid management, spend allocation, etc.
  • Developing & maintaining monthly media plans & summaries across all campaigns & online marketing strategies
  • Tracking & analyzing program results via BI & CRM systems to generate reports, create actionable insights, & make recommendations for improvement
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction & maintain client relationships
Requirements
  • 5-6+ years of experience in online/digital marketing - deploying & managing digital advertising campaigns 
  • Hands-on experience with advertising operating platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/META, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, HubSpot, or other paid search platforms  
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel & Microsoft office
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics – ability to set up Google Tag Manager (GTM), analyze campaign metrics & generate performance reports
  • Strong data orientation with advanced analytical skills and experience with large data sets
  • Technical backend proficiency – able to analyze campaign performance, perform Quality Assurance checks, & resolve technical issues such as broken pixels 
  • An independent, fast learner who is enthusiastic and leverages a proactive approach towards taking initiative
  • High proficiency in English
