The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll execute and/or manage the production of a variety of client projects, both internal and external, collaborating on the development of hard-hitting, enterprise-grade, creative content strategies for technology and B2B demand generation campaigns across the buyer's journey.

As Senior Content Strategist, you will also support the agency’s overall custom content practice, in terms of sourcing and vetting qualified suppliers, reporting on content KPIs, supporting continuous improvement to content production processes, and helping translate content achievements into sales enablement resources.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and optimizing security-focused content for internal and external audiences.
  • Creating, editing, and managing a variety of B2B content formats including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, briefs, videos, interactive assets, and social media.
  • Overseeing an assigned content project queue, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
  • Contributing to the editorial strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity content marketing.
  • Conducting content audits and gap analyses to align with audience needs and the buyer’s journey, providing continuous feedback on quality, design, layout, and copy.
  • Researching user preferences and behaviors to inform content strategies across product lifecycles.
  • Conducting interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to craft compelling, insight-driven content.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs to evaluate content quality, engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Collaborating with Program Managers and clients to deliver campaign assets.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and copywriters to execute content initiatives efficiently.

Requirements

  • 13+ years’ proven content creation and management experience within enterprise and/or agency environments.
  • Technical, B2B, or related industry writing experience required; cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of working at both the strategic and tactical levels to develop impactful, interesting and effective campaigns.
  • Experienced understanding of information structure, data gathering, user needs and behaviors, labeling techniques, and navigational systems.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to effectively sell a value proposition within various digital content formats.
  • Proven ability to take a design, direction, and leadership role in projects that span multiple teams and effectively communicate/facilitate strategic and tactical plans.
  • Strong, well-developed organizational and project management skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
