The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of all ISMG’s business units including our Media Publication Network, Global Events, CyberEdBoard, CyberEd.io, CyberTheory, Xtra Mile, and Athena. In this role, you will ensure the goals of each campaign are achieved by determining and managing project timelines, selecting the appropriate implementation tools, and maintaining costs as per allocated budgets. The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for market research, trend evaluation, and identification of various marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Marketing Managers to provide marketing services and support to all of ISMG’s key business units in the cybersecurity and information technology domains including digital campaigns and corporate communications. 
  • Coordinating with senior stakeholders and business heads to understand and help fulfill their marketing requirements.
  • Developing brand strategies and communications for each project assigned to you.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns based on requirements, target audience, and objectives in different regions, demographics, and BU requirements.
  • Measuring effectiveness of ongoing marketing campaigns and analyzing ROI to help make decisions on enhancement, modifications, continuation, and/or deprecation of such campaigns.
  • Operating in a delivery services mindset with an emphasis on quality, turn-around time, and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape in specific geographies and for specific products.
  • Finding insights into customers’ current usage of products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas via interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
  • Serving as a resource for product management teams, offering input on product enhancements based on market insights and the outcome of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, specifically within marketing operations and/or a marketing center of excellence in a business-to-business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with leading digital marketing platforms, CRMs, and analytical tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate messages effectively, be creative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to continuously changing demands of internal and external customers in order to effectively prioritize projects and meet goals.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and time-management skills.
